Feodosy Rubtsov, Arr. (1904-1986)
RUBTSOV, Feodosy (1904-1986) studied composition at the Leningrad Conservatory and graduated in 1931. From 1948 on he served as faculty there and specialized in collecting and arranging folk songs, primarily in the Pskov district of western Russia and in Belarus.
